Thadlaskein Lake is more than just a water body; it is a page from history. According to legend, this beautiful lake was dug using the ends of bows by the warrior-chieftain Sajar Nangli and his 290 followers centuries ago. They created this lake to commemorate their departure from the kingdom, fleeing from an internal conflict.
