Welcome to Kaizen Stay-Inn. By accessing our website (kaizenstayinn.in) and making reservations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

• "Property" refers to Kaizen Stay-Inn located at LoomSoo-Iung New Hills, Jowai, West Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya 793150.
• "Guest" refers to any individual making a reservation or staying at the property.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for accommodation.

2. Reservations & Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by management.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
• Room rates are per night and exclude additional charges unless specified.
• Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, extra bed) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests checking in after 10:00 PM must inform the property in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment or advance payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in.
• We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash payments.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be charged up to one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas.
• Consumption of illegal substances is prohibited on the property.
• Loud music and noise after 10:00 PM is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay.

7. Liability

• The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
• We recommend using in-room safes or lockers where available.
• The property is not liable for any injury or accident occurring on the premises unless caused by negligence.

8. Force Majeure

Kaizen Stay-Inn shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, or other emergencies.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jowai, Meghalaya.
